Over ten years ago she started her journey into the hair industry. She always knew that some day she would turn her passion for art, fashion and education into a career doing what she loves.

She also has a bachelors degree in International Business and she worked in that field for some years but she always knew that she wanted to transform hair and inspire beauty in people ever since she was a young girl.

She specializes in long layered haircuts, grey coverage & natural blonding/balayage (a free-hand technique where she hand-paints each section of hair using a highly-personalized approach for each client.) Most importantly, Alè uses her creativity & attention to detail to enhance the natural beauty of her client’s features.

She is an Aveda trained colorist and she strives to stay current with continuing education.

She has traveled to Europe (Paris and London) to keep up-to-date with the latest trends in colorimetry & hair cutting. This keeps her current in the latest trends and it also helps her to feel very motivated about her craft.

She strives to give her clients a comfortable, clean and modern space while they indulge in themselves.
